Another Foxconn Worker Falls to Death

A worker at a subsidiary of Foxconn Technology Group in south China’s Guangdong Province died on Tuesday after falling from a dormitory building, Xinhua news agency reported.

The police were investigating the death, the agency said, without giving further details.

The spate of deaths at the world’s largest contract cellphone maker has caused its shares to slump below HK$5.0 this month, less than half the value they commanded in mid-January.

Hon Hai has about 800,000 employees in China, and is one of the country’s largest private employers.
